What Up! Welcome to Better with Chardonnay, my small little space in this big world. I am Stephanie Joplin, lover of coffee, affordable fashion, home décor, and most importantly…wine!
I am a mom to two crazy little boys, and wife to my amazing husband, Bailey. I am originally from Montana, where most of my family still lives, and moved to Texas in 2011 to pursue a career in the oilfield. I met my husband in 2013 at our local Crossfit gym, spent 2+ years following him everywhere, and we got married in 2016. Midland, Texas is our home and where we are raising our two boys Winston and Grant. I have since quit my corporate job, and now get to spend my time here, with you, sharing things that I love most!
I have started countless entrepreneurial adventures, from fitness to painted pallet signs, and finally started an Instagram page called @betterwithchardonnay. It started out as a place to share my first pregnancy journey and later turned into sharing fashion. I couldn’t find anyone that was my size, sharing affordable fashion, and the in’s and out’s of REAL life. I mean REAL life, the messy, the happy, and the imperfectly perfect. So, that’s what you get here…just a mid-sized girl with a frugal mind, some crazy kiddo’s and nothing that comes close to the word perfect.
