Hey hey everyone! 💖 I hope you all had a great weekend!
It’s CHILLY here in Texas! 🥶We spent the weekend cozied up with a little soccer, and lots of rest for me. I’m on the mend from Mastitis again😩, but ya girl is going to be drying up shortly. I knew we would start supplementing for a before bed bottle around this time anyway, but we’ll use what I’m currently pumping and our freezer stash until it’s all gone.
I’ve had conversations with several of you wondering when the right time to supplement is, and it’s totally up to you. Don’t feel guilty (even though it’s impossible not to), but you gotta do you and listen to your body.
I’ve decided that I’d rather be healthy and feel good so I can be a better mommy. ✌️❤️My journey, my choice, and if you feel like you wanna start supplementing - you gotta do what’s right for you!
