I kicked off this week with a “lifting” session, my first time since gahhhhh, I don’t even know — 5-6 months, maybe longer. Mostly I’m going slow and steady, focusing on form and not over doing it.💪
The boys are having a great time playing with our Halloween decorations, ha ha hopefully we’re not going to scare our neighbors too much. 💀😂 Baby Bryson is making progress on his neck strength but not so much on the bedtimes front. Like, c'mon kid, 11:30 pm is too late for all of us.
I am liviiiiingg for my recent Walmart find (see above) — this faux leather jacket. It’s half the price for the same quality as others I have, and it’s such a closet staple because there are so many ways to style. I’ve been pairing it with a the lightest layering hoodie and my collection with Victoria Emerson.
